Saturday Sales Assistant

Job overview
We are seeking a Saturday Sales assistant to join our friendly team at our Tunbridge Wells Store to start immediately.

Mixed day shifts of :- Saturday 11am -3pm (4 hours) or Saturday 8:45am-5:15pm (8hours with a 30 minute lunch break) depending on the rota that particular week.

Potential to work extra hours/days during week days.

Jeremy's Home Store Is the home of creative, fun and useful products for the whole family.

We have been established for 30 years and pride ourselves on our friendly service, competitive prices and exciting and ever-changing ranges of products.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.

• dealing with deliveries of stock on a daily basis.

• looking after our vast and varied range of houseplants.

• Making fabulous helium balloons for our customers.

-Being creative with our stock and making fun and engaging displays

• Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

• You will gain valuable experience working in a truly independent and unique retail store.

What we are looking for

A person that enjoys working in a customer facing role, that is hardworking, welcoming and ready to be part of a fun team.

A willingness to learn new skills and be responsible to cope with a fast paced environment and offering our customers a great shopping experience.

Must be 16+

Able to work every Saturday.

A passion for fun and useful products.

Previous retail experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
