What they need
About the role
We are looking for a Sauté Cook to join our kitchen team at Casie's in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare sauces, meats, vegetables, pasta, and other sautéed dishes
- Properly control heat, cooking time, and seasoning to achieve consistent food quality
- Follow recipes, portioning, plating, and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen hygiene
- Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Work on weekends and holidays as required
About you
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sauté Cook or in a similar kitchen position preferred
- Experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in sautéing and other cooking techniques
- No health issues and able to stand for extended periods
- Hardworking, reliable, disciplined, and a team player
- Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
- Preferably residing in or near San Fernando, Pampanga
