Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Southern-inspired dishes on the sauté station with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation
• Properly handle sauté techniques including searing, simmering, pan sauces, and high-heat cooking methods
• Ensure all food is cooked to recipe standards and served fresh and on time
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at the sauté station and throughout the kitchen
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and kitchen closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sauté Cook or line cook required
• Strong knowledge of sauté cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
• Passion for great food, teamwork, and hospitality
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow in the culinary industry
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Flexible schedule is a plus
