Savannah Construction - Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in the growth of their Savannah operations. Description

• Lead projects from award through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Manage project planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.
• Review and negotiate subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular communication to stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges and risks.
• Mentor and support junior project team members as the Savannah office expands.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects is a plus.
• Self-motivated professional who is excited about helping grow a developing office and market presence.
