SBA Loan Closer

Our client is seeking an experienced SBA Loan Closer to support a steady volume of SBA loans involving construction, real estate, equipment financing, and lines of credit.

Position Summary

You will work closely with the lending team to prepare loan approval packages, gather closing documentation, and prepare funding packages. This position requires strong knowledge of SBA closing procedures, including SBA 504 loans and the SBA 10-Tab system.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare loan approval packages.
• Gather and review documentation required for closing.
• Prepare complete funding packages.
• Organize loan packages into collateral and credit files.
• Complete all required closing checklists.
• Meet established closing and production schedules.
• Help ensure loans comply with applicable banking and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SBA Loan Closer ; 5 or more years preferred .
• Experience working with SBA 504 loans .
• Experience with the SBA 10-Tab system .
• Understanding of applicable banking and compliance laws.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively during high-volume workdays.
