About the Role: ACARI Management Group Inc is looking for a driven and experienced SBE Manager & Workforce to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with SBE subcontractors, vendors, and community partners
• Monitor and track SBE participation goals, reporting progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Lead workforce development initiatives, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies
• Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to integrate SBE and workforce goals into project planning
• Prepare and submit compliance reports, documentation, and certifications related to SBE and workforce programs
• Identify and resolve issues related to SBE subcontractor performance and workforce utilization

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SBE compliance, workforce development, or a related program management role
• Strong knowledge of small business enterprise regulations and government contracting requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships and monitoring compliance metrics
• Proficiency in reporting tools and documentation management systems
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
