Job Requirements Job Title: Director Delivery Excellence– Solutioning & Sales-Facing (AI-Driven WoW, DevOps & Transformation) Role Summary We are hiring a Director-level Solutioning & Transformation Leader to drive sales-facing consulting and delivery solutioning across next-generation ways of working, including:

• AI-Driven SDLC (AIDLC)
• Product-based operating models
• Value stream-aligned delivery
• DevOps, Release Orchestration & Pipeline Intelligence
• Security, Risk & Compliance integration into SDLC

This role combines strategic consulting, pre-sales leadership, and delivery accountability , with a mandate to:

• Shape large, differentiated deals
• Define future-ready operating models
• Conduct rapid diagnostic assessments
• Translate vision into implementable, commercially viable solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Strategic Solutioning
• Lead solutioning for large/strategic deals
• Partner with Sales, Account Leadership, and Industry Verticals to:
• Shape deal strategy and win themes
• Build differentiated transformation propositions
• Craft executive narratives and storytelling tailored to:
• CIO / CTO: modernization, resilience, security
• Business leaders: value realization, speed, innovation
• Engineering leaders: execution feasibility, productivity
• Anchor solution defense discussions and respond to complex client objections
• Design of Next-Gen Ways of Working (WoW)

Define And Institutionalize Modern Delivery Constructs AIDLC & Engineering Productivity

• Embed AI across SDLC phases (requirements, coding, testing, ops)
• Define productivity baselines and uplift models

Product & Value Stream Operating Models

• Design POD-based structures aligned to value streams
• Enable product lifecycle ownership and funding models
• Define governance models aligned with SAFe / Lean Portfolio Management

DevOps & Platform Engineering

• Define enterprise-scale DevOps operating model
• Design platform engineering constructs (self-service platforms, golden paths)
• Align DevOps to value stream flow efficiency
• Current-State Diagnostics (Dipstick Assessments)
• Lead rapid maturity assessments across:
• SDLC / PDLC / Data lifecycle
• DevOps maturity and pipeline efficiency
• Release management practices
• Security & compliance posture
• Operating model (project vs product vs value stream)
• Use structured frameworks to:
• Identify systemic inefficiencies
• Quantify value leakage (cycle time, defects, rework)
• Present findings as executive insights with clear ROI opportunities
• Future-State Architecture & Transformation Roadmaps
• Define target operating model, including:
• Org structure (value streams, PODs, platform teams)
• Delivery processes and governance
• Toolchain modernization (DevOps, data, AI platforms)
• Develop phased transformation roadmaps:
• Quick wins vs strategic initiatives
• Change management and adoption plans
• Ensure alignment with:
• Client constraints (budget, talent, legacy systems)
• Commercial constructs and delivery scalability
• Thought Leadership & Capability Building
• Develop market-facing assets:
• POVs, whitepapers, transformation playbooks
• Industry-specific solution blueprints
• Build internal capability in:
• AIDLC
• DevOps & platform engineering
• Value stream transformation
• Mentor senior consultants and solution architects

Experience Required Experience & Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in IT services / consulting / digital transformation
• Experience working with global clients and C-level stakeholders

Functional Expertise

• Deep expertise in:
• SDLC / PDLC / Data lifecycle
• Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Platform Engineering
• Product operating models & value streams
• Strong understanding of:
• Release management and orchestration at scale
• Enterprise toolchains (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)

DevOps & Engineering Depth

• High level or architectural understanding of:
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Consulting & Storytelling

• Exceptional ability to:
• Build structured narratives
• Create high-impact executive presentations
• Translate complex ideas into business-relevant messaging
