ตำแหน่ง: SC Export (Sea Freight)
หน้าที่หลัก:
- ติดตามและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการส่งออกสินค้า เช่น สายเรือ ท่าเรือ ลูกค้า และโรงงาน เป็นต้น
- บริหารจัดการเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก (Invoice, B/L, SI, VGM)
- วิเคราะห์และติดตามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ ETD/ETA และสถานะ Shipment
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนและข้อกำหนดในการส่งออกสินค้า
- สนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจโดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานสรุป
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
- ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า ในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการส่งออก/โลจิสติกส์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- เข้าใจกระบวนการ ขั้นตอน และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
