SCADA INSTRUCTOR

Job Summary:
The SCADA Instructor is responsible for delivering classroom and hands-on laboratory training in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The instructor prepares lesson plans, conducts practical exercises, assesses student performance, and equips learners with the knowledge and skills required for industrial automation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom lectures and laboratory training on SCADA systems and industrial automation.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, laboratory activities, and assessment tools.
• Teach SCADA architecture, PLC programming, HMI development, industrial communication protocols, sensors, and control systems.
• Demonstrate SCADA software configuration, system integration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Evaluate student performance through written examinations, laboratory exercises, and practical projects.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and proper use of automation equipment.
• Maintain SCADA laboratory equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and related training facilities.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and classroom discipline.
• Prepare and submit grades, reports, and other academic requirements on time.
• Participate in curriculum development, institutional activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend faculty meetings, seminars, and professional development programs as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional license (REE or ECE) is an advantage.
• TESDA National Certificate (NC) and Trainer's Methodology (TM I/TM II) are preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry or teaching experience in industrial automation or SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA software (e.g., Siemens WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, or similar), industrial networking, and instrumentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online learning platforms.

Pay: Php200.00 - Php300.00 per hour
