Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Area Representative to support our teams and clients across South East Queensland. This is a dynamic, site-based role, helping ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

You’ll be the go-to person on site, liaising directly with building supervisors, verifying that scaffolding installations meet compliance and safety requirements, and ensuring work is delivered in line with project expectations. Your role will also involve reviewing site conditions, identifying variations, and completing mark-ups to keep projects and documentation accurate as work progresses.

What You Will Do

• Conduct pre-install site inspections and site visits

• Ensure scaffolding installations meet safety and compliance requirements

• Identify variations on site and complete mark-ups for accurate documentation

• Maintain safe, organised sites and help ensure operations run efficiently

• Represent the company professionally when dealing with builders and site teams

Who You Are

• Experienced in scaffolding (basic scaffold ticket required)
• White Card essential
• Current driver’s licence with good driving history
• Confident working independently and managing your time on site
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and compliance requirements
• Professional communicator who works well with builders, supervisors and crews
• Reliable, practical and solution-focused
