Scaffold Field Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scaffold Field Supervisor to join our Geelong team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our field teams, conducting on-site inspections and audits of scaffold installations in the Bellarine Peninsula, Greater Geelong and western suburbs Melbourne to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the daily safety of field teams while promoting productivity and task completion.

• Daily desktop safety and compliance auditing of completed scaffolds.

• Onsite regulatory inspections of scaffold systems.

• Provide training and education to field teams.

• Collaborate with Customer site supervisors.

• Generating and sharing Scope of works with Operations and field teams.

• Conduct investigations and report findings and actions to Management.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to scaffolding.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scaffolding or construction safety.

• Scaffolding license (intermediate preferred).

• Knowledge of scaffold safety regulations and standards.

• Strong observational and analytical skills.

• Good keyboard and computer skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA) are a plus.

• Mix of office and Field-based work.
