What they need
- Erect, install, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project requirements and safety procedures.
- Inspect scaffolding components and ensure they are properly installed and secured before use.
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, safe and suitable for workers to carry out their work.
- Follow approved scaffolding plans, instructions and site safety requirements.
- Assist supervisors and site teams with scaffolding-related works.
- Maintain and handle scaffolding materials, tools and equipment properly.
- Report any damaged, unsafe or defective scaffolding components to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain good housekeeping at the work area.
- Comply with all company safety policies and construction site regulations.
- Perform other scaffolding-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
