Scaffolder

• Read and understand scaffolding drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely and correctly.
• Install scaffold frames, tubes, couplers, platforms, guardrails, toe boards, and access ladders.
• Ensure scaffolding is level, stable, properly supported, and securely tied to the structure.
• Inspect scaffolding components before use and report damaged or defective materials.
• Check scaffolding for stability and safety before allowing workers to use it.
• Maintain safe access and working platforms at different heights.
• Follow approved scaffolding procedures, safety standards, and site regulations.
• Use scaffolding tools and equipment safely.
• Work safely at height while using appropriate fall-protection equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers.
• Modify scaffolding as required to support changing construction activities.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Dismantle scaffolding safely and store materials properly.
• Follow all required PPE and health and safety requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably 2 to 3 years experience
