About the role
Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding safely to provide secure working platforms for construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding according to site requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding, platforms, and components before use.
- Ensure scaffolds are properly secured and stable.
- Follow safety procedures and working-at-height requirements.
- Use scaffolding tools and equipment properly.
- Report damaged or unsafe scaffolding materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
About you
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder.
- Scaffolding certification or TESDA NC II is an advantage.
- Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite and in demanding conditions.
