What they need

About Us

Masta Scaffold Melbourne is an established, family-run scaffolding business based in Bayswater, working across Melbourne’s CBD, eastern and south-eastern suburbs.

We’re a small, experienced team that takes pride in doing things properly — working safely, looking after each other and delivering a high standard of work for our clients.

Our projects are varied, including residential and commercial construction, schools, government and community facilities, so you won’t be doing the same type of job week after week.

We’re looking for a qualified Scaffolder who takes pride in their work, is reliable and wants to be part of a team where everyone plays their part.

With consistent Monday-to-Friday work, a supportive crew and opportunities to continue building your skills, this is a great opportunity for an experienced scaffolder looking for a stable role with a respected local business.

About the Role

  • Install and dismantle ground-up scaffold across a variety of projects
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of an established scaffold crew
  • Attend toolbox meetings and follow site safety requirements
  • Pick, pack and restock scaffold materials
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
  • Look after equipment, worksites and client property
  • Take pride in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality work on every site

Why Join Us?

  • Above-award pay
  • Monthly RDOs
  • Monday to Friday, generally 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, dependent on business requirements
  • Overtime and penalty rates when required
  • Uniform and PPE supplied
  • Ongoing training and development
  • A supportive, established team
  • Varied projects across Melbourne’s CBD, eastern and south-eastern suburbs
  • Active employee social club

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • A current Basic Scaffolding licence or higher
  • Previous scaffolding experience
  • A full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Full working rights in Australia — sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Your own scaffolding tools
  • A reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented approach
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

A current Working With Children Check is also required. If you don’t already have one, you’ll need to obtain one before commencing.

How to Apply

Apply via SEEK with your current resume and tell us a little about yourself, your recent experience and the type of scaffolding work you’ve been involved in.

You don’t need a perfectly written cover letter — we’re more interested in hearing about you, your experience and what you’re looking for in your next role.

Other offers great for you!
