Scaffolder

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolder role based in Makati. The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems to support construction, drilling, and engineering activities in line with safety and design requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting work plans or site drawings, selecting and inspecting scaffolding materials, and ensuring structures are stable, secure, and compliant with relevant safety standards. The role involves working at height and in varied site conditions, conducting pre-use inspections, and reporting any defects or hazards to supervisors. The Scaffolder will coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and other crew members to plan work sequences, maintain safe access routes, and support efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Scaffolding NC II Certificate from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) or equivalent certification.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in scaffolding works in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of scaffolding components, erection techniques, and safety standards.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read and understand scaffolding drawings and instructions is an advantage.
• Willing to work on project sites and render overtime when necessary.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
