About the Role

We are seeking 25 experienced Scaffolders for an upcoming shutdown at Talison. Candidates must have strong scaffolding skills, mining experience and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced shutdown environment.

About You

• Proven scaffolding experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous mining or shutdown experience
• Relevant scaffolding tickets and qualifications
• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures
• Reliable, hardworking and available for the required dates
• Able to complete all onboarding requirements by 21 October 2026

In this role, you will

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures
• Follow site safety procedures and work instructions
• Inspect scaffolding components and equipment
• Work effectively with supervisors and other trades
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet shutdown deadlines
