Scaffolder

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding as per project requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and safe for use.
• Inspect scaffolding components before use and report damaged materials.
• Follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel to complete work efficiently.
• Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Scaffolder in construction projects.
• Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights.
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions.
• Relevant scaffolding certification is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
