About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Scaffolder/ Qualified Scaffolder to join our team in Cromwell. This role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures across a range of residential and commercial construction projects. The successful applicant will work as part of a team and follow all health and safety requirements to ensure safe and efficient site operations. This is a genuine vacancy due to ongoing workload and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems including proprietary systems and tube and clip
• Ensure all scaffolding is installed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Carry out pre-use inspections and identify any hazards or defects
• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other trades on site

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant scaffolding experience, OR a relevant qualification
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
• Full driver’s licence preferred
