About the opportunity

Due to continued growth across our operations, we’re seeking experienced Advanced/Intermediate Scaffolder to join our team across Pilbara WA

• Dates Range between: 27th October – 17th November 2026
• Onboarding deadline: All onboarding requirements must be completed by 20th October 2026
• Phase III Remediation Project - Iron Ore in the WA Pilbara
• Hours of Work: 12-hour shifts
• Rate: $59 - $64 with Travel Allowance

About you
You’re a safety-minded, team-focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 5 experience in Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolding preferably within the heavy industrial environments.
• Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:

·High Risk Work Licence - Scaffolding Advanced or Scaffolding Intermediate

·Confined Space Entry (2-year expiry)

·Working at Heights (2-year expiry)

·Demonstrate Fire Attack (2-year expiry)

·Work safely in the construction industry (white/blue card)

·Rio Tinto Inducted (desirable)

• Ability to successfully complete an Advanced/Intermediate Scaffolding Verification of Competency
• Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
• Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team
• A practical, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative
