Scaffolder - Labourer / Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Leading Hand

We are looking for Advanced Scaffolder or Leading Hand:

• 2+ years scaffold leading hand or advanced scaffolder experience needed
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• High-Risk Work Licence holding Advanced Scaffolding
• Monitoring subcontract labour ensuring work is carried out and inspected as per the specified requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure site requirements are met
• You will get $50 to $60 per hour pay rate
• Fuel card and company vehicle provided after provision period

We also need scaffold labourer or Basic / Intermediate scaffolder:

• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Australian Citizen or PR visa Or NZ Citizen
• Physically capable of manual work
• Variety of work sites across Sydney metro and surrounding areas
• Driver license (Manual preferred)
• Own transport preferred as some sites may have limited access to public transport
• White Card
• A can-do attitude and the willingness to learn new things.
• Forklift license, Working at Heights & Confined Space license preferred, but not mandatory
• Scaffold License if you apply Basic / Intermediate scaffolder role
• You will get $36 to $50 per hour pay rate plus Daily travel allowance

The suitable candidate for this role will possess strong planning, organisation, management, and professional communication skills.
