Scaffolder / Scaffolder Helper

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project plans and safety regulations, ensuring structural integrity.
• Safely transport scaffolding components to and from work areas using appropriate lifting equipment and techniques.
• Inspect scaffolding for defects, damage, or wear, and report any issues immediately to the supervisor for prompt repair.
• Erect and dismantle temporary platforms, walkways, and support systems for construction and maintenance projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a recognized scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA) demonstrating foundational knowledge.
• Have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience assisting in scaffolding operations or similar construction roles.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of scaffolding principles and safety best practices.
• Exhibit excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
