About the role

Dunbar Scaffold Hire are seeking a Trainee Scaffolder to join the team in Bathurst NSW. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the scaffolding industry, you’ll earn while you learn working alongside experienced scaffolders on diverse projects across regional NSW.

What you'll be doing

• Assist experienced scaffolders in the safe assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures
• Receive hands-on practical experience across commercial, industrial, and residential projects
• Transport and handle scaffolding materials and equipment on-site
• Follow and adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your scaffolding skills

What we're looking for

• Interest and enthusiasm for a career in the trades and services industry
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
• Current White Card
