Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Scaffolder to join our construction team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Erect, assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as instructed by the supervisor.
• Install scaffold frames, tubes, couplers, working platforms, guardrails, toe boards, and access ladders.
• Inspect scaffolding materials before use and report damaged or defective components.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and fitted with the required safety components.
• Follow approved work procedures, site instructions, and working-at-height safety requirements.
• Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and use fall-protection equipment as instructed.
• Assist in loading, unloading, transporting, and storing scaffolding materials.
• Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and equipment defects to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Scaffolding Supervisor or Site Management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scaffolder in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of scaffolding components, erection, modification, and dismantling procedures.
• Understanding of site safety rules and working-at-height requirements.
• Relevant scaffolding training or certification is an advantage and may be required by the project.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding site work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
