Nationwide Talent Solutions Ltd is recruiting experienced Part 1, Part 2 and Advanced Scaffolders for projects at Faslane and Coulport.

With a very busy 2027 ahead, we are looking for reliable, hardworking scaffolders to join our growing workforce.

SC clearance is preferred but is not essential. The right candidates will be sponsored through the required security clearance process for a position, subject to successful vetting and site approval. This refers to security clearance sponsorship.

The role

• Erecting, modifying and dismantling tube and fitting and system scaffolding.
• Following site procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
• Working alongside supervisors and other trades to complete planned works safely.
• Handling and organising scaffolding materials.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and reporting safety concerns.

What we’re looking for

• A valid CISRS card appropriate to your scaffolding grade.
• Relevant scaffolding experience.
• A strong commitment to safe working practices.
• Good timekeeping, reliability and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete the required security checks and provide supporting documents.

Additional qualifications and experience — beneficial but not essential

• Experience in tube and fitting scaffolding.
• Trained in Cuplock system scaffolding.
• Trained in Plettac Metrix system scaffolding.
• A valid Medium Risk Confined Space qualification.
