About Us

Martin Scaffolding Services is an established, family-run scaffolding company based in Oswestry, Shropshire.

Due to our continued workload, we are looking for reliable, hardworking scaffolders to join our team.

We undertake a wide variety of domestic, commercial and industrial scaffolding projects across Shropshire, North Wales and the surrounding areas.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from scaffolders of varying abilities and experience levels.

Whether you're a CISRS Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Applicants with practical scaffolding experience who are working towards further qualifications will also be considered.

We're more interested in finding the right people with a good work ethic, reliable attitude and pride in their workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with qualifications and required supervision
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Loading and unloading scaffolding materials
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Taking care of company equipment, vehicles and materials
• Delivering quality workmanship on every project

Requirements

• Previous scaffolding experience preferred
• Relevant CISRS qualifications desirable
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good understanding of site safety
• Ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and develop skills

A full UK driving licence, HGV licence or additional scaffolding qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.
