Scaffolding Coordinator / 脚手架管理员

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责:

• Manage and oversee scaffolding activities at the project site. / 负责施工现场脚手架的管理及监管。

• Track, record, and monitor the quantity of scaffolding erected on site. / 统计、记录及跟进现场脚手架数量。

• Maintain and keep the scaffolding register up to date. / 维护及更新脚手架台账。

• Monitor scaffolding usage and track expiry dates daily. / 每日跟进脚手架使用情况及期限。

• Follow up and take appropriate action on scaffolding that has reached or exceeded its usage period. / 跟进已到期或超过使用期限的脚手架。

• Liaise with clients on scaffolding dismantling schedules and follow up on related work orders. / 与业主沟通，跟进脚手架拆除安排及相关工单。

• Ensure scaffolding records remain accurate and reflect actual site conditions. / 确保台账记录与现场实际情况一致。

Job Requirements / 任职要求:

• Willing to work on-site and travel frequently between project locations. / 能适应施工现场工作，需要经常到现场。

• Hardworking, efficient, and reliable. / 做事勤快、利索、有责任心。

• Meticulous with strong organizational and record-keeping skills. / 做事细心，有良好的记录及整理能力。

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email correspondence. / 会基本 Microsoft Excel 及邮件沟通。

• Prior experience in scaffolding, construction, or engineering projects is an added advantage. / 有脚手架、建筑或工程项目经验者优先。
