SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
• Lead and allocate work to scaffolding crews effectively.
• Ensure scaffolding is erected as per approved drawings, standards, and safety requirements.
• Inspect scaffolds, access platforms, and related structures before use.
• Ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, tools, and PPE.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project requirements.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the worksite.
• Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Scaffolding Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling.
• Good understanding of scaffolding safety requirements and practices.
• Ability to supervise and manage a scaffolding team.
• CISRS certification preferred/required, depending on project requirements.
• Working hours: 8 hours +FAT

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
