Scaffolding Foreman

Supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams for erection and dismantling activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project requirements, and industry standards. Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, safety, and load-bearing capacity. Train and guide scaffolding workers to maintain efficiency and safety. Maintain records of scaffolding activities and report any safety concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Certification in scaffolding (CITB, OSHA, or equivalent preferred). Proven experience in scaffolding supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety, materials, and load calculations. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
