Scaffolding Inspector

About the role

Inspect scaffolding before use and after any modification to ensure safety and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect scaffolding components, stability, access, platforms, guardrails, and connections
• Identify and report damaged or unsafe scaffolding
• Ensure proper erection and compliance with safety standards
• Conduct re-inspections after corrective actions
• Maintain inspection checklists, reports, and tagging records
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and scaffolding workers

About you

• Experience in scaffolding inspection or construction
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety requirements
• Familiar with DOLE-OSH standards and site safety practices
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights and on construction sites
• NC2 Certification is required
• Relevant scaffolding/safety certification is an advantage
