Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise the planning, installation, inspection, and striking of scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Lead and manage scaffolding teams, assigning tasks clearly and ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure scaffolding activities align with overall project timelines
• Conduct regular safety inspections of scaffolding sites to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly
• Maintain detailed records of scaffolding activities, inspections, and safety compliance reports
• Ensure all team members are trained on proper scaffolding techniques and safety procedures

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in scaffolding or related construction fields with a strong focus on safety management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards
• Knowledge of current industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to scaffolding construction
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders
