Job Summary:
Responsible for assembling, installing, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems safely and according to approved plans and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely.
- Install platforms, braces, guardrails, and access components.
- Inspect scaffolding for stability, proper alignment, and defects.
- Follow approved scaffolding plans and safety procedures.
- Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and suitable for use.
- Maintain scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment.
- Report unsafe conditions or damaged components to the supervisor.
- Use appropriate PPE and follow all site safety requirements.
