About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join the team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Scaffolder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and structural integrity of work sites by designing, installing, and maintaining scaffolding systems. This position is essential to our operations, as proper scaffolding is fundamental to the success and safety of all construction and maintenance projects we undertake.

What you'll be doing

• Design and plan scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations
• Install, assemble, and disassemble scaffolding systems using appropriate materials and equipment
• Inspect scaffolding structures regularly to ensure they meet safety standards and building codes
• Identify and address potential hazards or structural issues before they become problems
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding installations and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with construction teams and site managers to coordinate scaffolding requirements
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Train and guide team members on proper scaffolding procedures and safety protocols
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure all personnel understand scaffolding procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder with a minimum of 3-5 years in the construction or retail and consumer products sectors
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in challenging conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications in scaffolding, safety training, or construction (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (advantageous)
• Willingness to undergo regular safety training and certification updates
