Scale Business Development Representative (Enterprise)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and senior decision-makers.
• Manage complex sales cycles, negotiations and deal closures.
• Sell cloud migration, modernization, data analytics and AI solutions.
• Manage enterprise proposals, RFPs, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with AWS teams and technical architects.
• Achieve annual order-booking targets of ₹15 Crore or more.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of enterprise technology or IT services sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving annual order bookings of ₹15 Crore or more.
• Established network of CIOs and CTOs.
• Strong consultative selling and large-deal closing skills.
• Experience in cloud sales and digital transformation.
• Experience managing direct or indirect RFPs.

Additional requirement for NCR: Experience selling to Government departments or PSUs and managing public-sector tenders.

Preferred: AWS, Azure or GCP sales experience and experience working with cloud provider sales teams.
