Scanning Clerk

About Your Role:

• Perform document scanning, indexing, and filing in both physical and digital formats
• Ensure all scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly named/stored in the system
• Organize, sort, and prepare documents prior to scanning
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality at all times
• Retrieve and provide scanned documents upon request
• Support basic administrative and data entry tasks as required
• Perform routine checks on scanning equipment and report any issues

Does it sound like you?

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Relevant experience in clerical, scanning, or data entry work is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
