Scanning Operator – Job Description

Job Summary:

The Scanning Operator will be responsible for scanning, organizing, uploading, and maintaining physical and digital documents. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle documents accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan documents using scanners and digital scanning equipment.
• Check scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Save and organize scanned files in the appropriate folders.
• Rename and categorize digital documents as per company guidelines.
• Upload documents to company systems or designated platforms.
• Maintain proper records of scanned and uploaded documents.
• Handle printing, photocopying, and basic document-related activities.
• Identify missing, damaged, or unclear documents and report them to the concerned team.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents.
• Perform basic data entry related to scanned documents.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned scanning and documentation tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of scanning, PDF creation, file management, and MS Office.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage documents systematically.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years

Pay: ₹14,143.06 - ₹19,891.10 per month
