SCE Specialist

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing & Management: Source from current and potential suppliers whenever there is an inquiry or operational requirement.
• Master Data Maintenance: Maintain supplier master data and keep supply chain-related records up-to-date.
• Performance & Review (QBR): Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) using basic data, reviewing evaluation criteria and scorecards, followed by actionable follow-ups.
• End-to-End Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for the flow of goods and services from origin to destination. Manage inventory, forecast demand, and optimize logistics and transportation efficiency.
• Relationship & Negotiation: Develop strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, procurement, logistics, demand forecasting, or contract management.

• Key Competencies:

  • Familiar with sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP or Oracle).
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Language Skills:

  • Good English proficiency (TOEIC score of 500+ or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is preferred and will be an added advantage. (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
