Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Drive Scent Solutions growth by partnering with customers and distributors to deliver fragrance solutions that meet product, consumer, and commercial needs.
• Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations based on application, olfactive direction, performance and price.
• Coordinate samples, submissions and customer feedback with internal teams to ensure timely delivery from brief to order.
• Prepare fragrance presentations, demonstrations and workshops to communicate relevant trends and product benefits.
• Support customers and distributors in using digital, self-service and AI tools for fragrance selection and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and support pricing, sales, margin and cost-to-serve objectives with relevant teams.
• Capture customer, competitor and application insights while maintaining accurate project and opportunity records. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, fragrance specialists and Customer Service to resolve issues and strengthen customer support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Fragrance, Cosmetic Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of fragrance industry and evaluation experience. Fresh graduates may be considered for the trainee pathway.
• Excellent olfactive expertise (selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test).
• Demonstrate customer focus, organisation, initiative, commercial awareness, digital confidence, and a willingness to develop olfactive and application knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
