SCHEDULE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Developing project schedules
• Ongoing monitoring and control of project schedule progress
• Providing ongoing schedule-related support to project managers
• Managing a central repository of all organizational schedules
• Collecting data, analyzing information, and generating comparative reports

Requirements

• Full proficiency in MS Project – Mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience in schedule management/consulting for complex projects
• Experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors – Significant advantage
• Data analysis and report generation capabilities; experience with Power BI – Significant advantage
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and ability to work across multiple interfaces
• Methodical approach, precision, and ability to work across multiple interfaces
