Scheduler / Adminstrative Role

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our well established and supportive team.  The primary role is to organise time and resources to ensure efficiency and productivity.  The role includes developing relationships with building companies, developers, trades and retail clients.

Key Duties:

• Liaise with clients via email and phone, building excellent relationships based on trust and a high level of customer service.
• Work closely within our team to ensure client's needs are being prioritized.
• Assist with organizing contractor's daily schedules, keeping both contractors and clients updated.
• Coordinating tasks, appointments and time slots to ensure smooth operations.
• Input orders and monitor production of products to ensure they are completed by due date.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8-4

Experience

• Experience and knowledge in scheduling role and/or window treatment industry (blinds, curtains & shutters) preferred but not essential
