Empire Care Centers is growing and looking for an Experienced Nursing Home Scheduler. If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced nursing home environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Primary Focus: Scheduling

• Create and manage nursing department schedules
• Ensure proper staffing levels to reduce overtime and agency
• Serve as the point of contact for department heads for staffing needs
• Support labor management processes and scheduling software

What We’re Looking For

• Prior scheduling experience in a nursing home is strongly preferred (priority requirement)
• Long-term care experience required
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Reliable, organized, and able to communicate well with staff at all levels
• CNA experience helpful but not required
