About the role
Plan and manage the day-to-day and week-to-week schedule for ATU/Septic servicing technicians across metro and country areas. Allocate jobs based on location, travel time, technician skill set and priority, keeping the schedule running as efficiently as possible. Follow through on every service — making sure reports reach Shires and homeowners promptly and quoting any further works identified. Coordinate pump-out requests with the Liquid Waste division, keep job, quote and CRM records accurate and up to date to support smooth invoicing. As the role develops, it is expected to take on scheduling for the ATU installation team and other civil works.
