• $20-22/hour depending on experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the “best in-home care” experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and staff
• Communicating clearly and effectively to resolve scheduling challenges
• Making thoughtful decisions that balance client needs with caregiver availability
• Participating in an on-call and holiday rotation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR AS A SCHEDULER

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment
• Passionate about helping others and improving the quality of life
• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
