Location: 7NEO, BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Manila Time)
Schedule: Weekends Off

JOB REQUIREMENTS

✅ At least 3 years of Scheduling / WFM-related experience
✅ Strong experience in Workforce Management, Scheduling, and Real-Time Management
✅ Background in Reporting and Capacity Planning
✅ Proficient in WFM tools
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willing to work onsite in BGC
✅ Amenable to 9:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift
✅ Available for weekends-off schedule

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor real-time queues and coordinate with vendor partners to meet KPIs
Monitor schedule adherence and intraday performance
Prepare and manage daily/intraday reports
Analyze call volumes, staffing trends, and interval arrival patterns
Reallocate staffing and inbound volume when necessary
Encode exceptions in WFM tools
Coordinate additional staffing/pullout requests from internal teams and vendors
Communicate real-time impacts such as outages, volume influxes, and vendor-related issues

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
