Join the team at Cranberry Place, a premier provider of innovative senior living solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our facility. If you are a master of logistics with a passion for supporting healthcare heroes, we want to meet you.

Job Summary

As a Staff Coordinator, you will ensure our facility is always prepared to provide world-class care. You will oversee the complex puzzle of clinical scheduling, lead the onboarding journey for new hires, and serve as the primary liaison between administration and our frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Scheduling: Orchestrate daily staffing patterns for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure 100% shift coverage and compliance with state-mandated care ratios.
  • Onboarding & Talent Integration: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new team members are trained, welcomed, and prepared for success.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive staff morale by managing internal communications, newsletters, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Compliance & Records Management: Maintain meticulous personnel files and training logs to ensure the facility is always "survey-ready."
  • Operational Synergy: Collaborate across departments (Nursing, HR, and Admin) to resolve scheduling conflicts and streamline facility operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in staff coordination, scheduling, or administrative support (experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care environment is highly preferred).

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

  • Skills: * Expertise in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive personnel issues with confidentiality.
    • A "problem-solver" mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, 24/7 healthcare environment.

What We Offer

  • Professional Growth: We prioritize internal promotion and continuing education.
  • Supportive Culture: A team-based environment where your voice is heard.
  • Competitive Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience (to be discussed during interview).
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
