We are a rapidly growing, physician-led healthcare management organization seeking a Scheduler to coordinate provider schedules across multiple hospitals and service lines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our emergency physician teams are efficiently scheduled, supported, and equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Location: El Segundo, CA
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + bonus, 401(k), and paid health benefits
Work Environment: In office, dynamic, team-oriented, and collaborative

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage centralized physician scheduling databases across multiple sites
• Track and process monthly schedule requests and updates
• Communicate with physicians regarding scheduling policies, shift coverage, and schedule changes
• Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation for urgent schedule adjustments
• Support special projects and other scheduling-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare or medical scheduling experience a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Customer service–oriented with a flexible and positive approach
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
• Prior experience with scheduling software or provider scheduling systems strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
