Location: Lancaster County, PA
Job Type: Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4pm. Occasional eves, weekends, and holidays for on-call rotation.

Pay: Based on Experience
Reports To: President / Director of Human Resources

About the Position

Agape Care is seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduler to coordinate caregiver staffing for our home care clients. This position plays a key role in ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality services by matching caregivers with client needs and maintaining efficient daily schedules.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules
• Coordinate staffing for new and existing clients
• Manage call-offs and arrange coverage for open shifts
• Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and families
• Monitor caregiver availability, training, and qualifications
• Assist with electronic visit verification (EVV) and scheduling systems
• Answer incoming calls and provide administrative support
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and client confidentiality
• Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with urgent staffing needs
• Provide occasional emergency coverage when necessary and appropriately trained

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve scheduling challenges
• Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or human services preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with WellSky or similar scheduling software is a plus
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
