Job Title: Scheduler

Timings: 1pm - 10pm

Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily schedule of online tutoring classes.
• Coordinate student and tutor availability and schedule classes accordingly.
• Assign suitable tutors based on subject, level, availability, and student requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate demo, trial, and regular classes.
• Communicate class timings and schedule updates to students, parents, and tutors.
• Follow up with tutors and students regarding class attendance and availability.
• Handle cancellations, rescheduling, make-up classes, and scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor scheduled classes and ensure sessions are taking place as planned.
• Maintain accurate records of student, tutor, and class schedules in the system.
• Identify scheduling issues and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success and other relevant teams regarding class-related matters.
• Maintain regular communication with tutors to ensure their availability is updated.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly scheduling reports.
• Escalate recurring attendance, availability, or scheduling issues to management.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for students, parents, and tutors.
• Conduct testing sessions of tutors, checking all technical aspects in line with defined criterion prior to intro allocation to newly onboarded tutors.
• Crafting best suited tutor profiles upon requirement from prospect per articulated requirements
