Scheduler

We are recruiting a Scheduler on behalf of our client. This is a great first role for recent U.S. graduates, offering a full-time position with an ASAP start. Entry-level and junior-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and process journal entries and daily/weekly construction data in a timely manner.
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing data, ensuring proper documentation.
• Contact business partners and schedule employees to update and control construction-based trend data.
• Support the Workface Planning (WFP) team with daily construction data collection from each subcontractor and schedule data operations

Requirements

• Graduated from a college in the U.S.
• Must speak fluent Korean / English (bilingual in English and Korean)
• Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• OPT candidates are highly welcome
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of schedule control
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude

Compensation & Start

• Starting at $60,000 per year
• Start date: ASAP
