About the Role:

Ravi S. Ramjit DDS PA is looking for an organized and personable Scheduler to join our dental practice in Miami, FL! In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our front office, keeping our team running smoothly and ensuring every patient gets the care they need. Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily patient appointment scheduling for dental providers
• Confirm upcoming appointments via phone, email, or text and handle cancellations or rescheduling
• Optimize the provider's schedule to maximize productivity and minimize gaps
• Greet and check in patients, verifying demographic and insurance information
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, timely manner
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling data in dental practice management software

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical office scheduling role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy front office environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and basic billing processes is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for our Miami patient community
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a patient-first attitude
